Communities That care Community Planning System --
the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Prevention Framework includes four steps, which are assessment, capacity, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This website is interactive and has tools to help users at each step; users can enter information into the evaluation section and the website will produce a customized evaluation plan. The website is easy to use, but does not offer much background information.
