Identify Partners - Who are the partners that have a role to play in doing better?

As you have worked through the population accountability process, you may have noticed that certain individuals or programs are particularly important to work on certain results or indicators.  The next steps involve decisions about how progress toward your end-result will move forward.  This is a good time to make sure that all of the agencies and individuals with a role to play in moving your indicator are involved.  One role that particularly needs to be filled is a representative with a financial background and/or resources; he or she can help make sure that the action plan is realistic.

It may help to group partners by those that would participate in work toward all of your results, and those that are particularly needed for work on a specific result.
